1. Introductions

l  Especially for the relaxation test of steel strand, galvanized steel wire and rebar, very suitable for steel strand and rebar factory, inspection unit, construction unit.

l  Meet with test methods of GB/T 5224,GB/T10120,GB/T21839,ISO 15630-3,etc

l  Adopting horizontal loading frame instead of vertical loading frame, operate easier, more convenient and safe.

l  Larger tension test space, length of test sample can be reach up to 1000mm, more accurate in test results

l  Bearing force of main loading frame is 2 times of force capacity, avoid test error caused by deformation of main loading frame, which makes test results more accurate

l  Adopting gapless ball screw, compact loading frame, very suitable for relaxation test.

l  Full digital High precise and stable servo speed adjusting system and motor as driving system, software design based on WINDOWS system. Test software display test force, peak value, crossbeam displacement, deformation, test curves, etc.
